To request field service please note: new customer need to establish a “credit reference” in order to schedule field service.

In house repair

• Repair and test your electronic board
• Drive repair and test

At EUROTECH we are committed to a fast turn around for in house repair of yours electronics board a/o drives. Typically a customer sends in a board or drive that needs repair and our staff will evaluate the cost of the repair Vs. the cost of the new part. Once the budget is approved from the customer, the repair will begin ASAP.

Tele-service

For those customer that are already equipped with the right hardware in there cabinets, EUROTECH can supply help and troubleshooting through the phone line, connecting to the plc and to the drives. Please call in and ask for further detail about this new customized service availability.
